We believe that the publication of bankruptcy decisions in the Trade Registry Gazette, local and national newspapers as per Turkish Bankruptcy Law are not sufficient. Creditors are rarely heard about the bankruptcy of a debtor or mostly it is too late when they heard about it.

Therefore we create a Facebook Page named iflas haberleri where we post recent bankruptcies, news and information in relation to bankruptcy law. We also receive questions on relevant bankruptcy cases and reply as soon as possible.
